What's up with my title?
So, not knowing what to write, I just picked out two random "P" words from my wonderful "Webster's New World" dictionary (second college edition) and they seemed to fit. A "pantoum" is 'a verse form made up of quatrains rhyming abab bcbc etc.” And, a “pasquinade” is a ‘classical statue in Rome to which it was the custom in the 16th cent. to attach satirical verses…a satire or sarcastic squib posted in a public place.” This is not a perfect match of my writings now, but was a funny fit to the first blogs on this site, whose main purpose was to host art critique homework for a class.
